Blue September - facing up to cancer in men!

BLUE BOYS BRAVED THE COLD FOR A DIP IN THE NIP!

A big warm thank you goes out to all the brave pioneers who arrived at the beach in Brittas Bay Co Wicklow to bare all for cancer on 25th September. The funds raised by these dare devils will go to Blue September. Back at the local McDaniel's Tavern the fundraisers were treated to a hearty breakfast and vowed to do it all again next year. Some travelled all the way from Cork to Wicklow by public transport and others made the commute to Wicklow from Sligo setting off at 6am, just about making the 8.30am call time! What a great atmosphere guys...and girls...
you did Blue September proud!!

Many thanks also goes out to
Maire Garvey, Micheal Sheridan, The Mater Foundation and Takeda staff for giving tremendous support on the day.
